Wow...what great recipes for Seckel pears! I think The Fruit Company in Ft. Hood Oregon should team up with you. I guess I'm like many others...have never educated myself with different kinds of pears. The Seckel pears are a true delight. When I first got these pears from the Fruit Company - I thought these pears are no bigger than a walnut! It would be good if they put your recipe & explained what Seckel pears were in their beautiful boxes in which they are displayed. I have fantastic marketing ideas...just need to find a company that I can "pear" up with! Judith Henley from Sandy, Utah. I love your recipes & your website!
