Director Jared Flesher explores New Jersey’s largest patch of forest known as the Sourlands, where farmers and entrepreneurs struggle to grow food despite the challenges of erratic weather and high property taxes. This important local story will deepen your appreciation for how food reaches your table.  Co-presented with NJTVand WNET.

New Year, New Projects

Octopus Salad @ Tia Pol

Stopped for a snack on my way home the other night. Tia Pol has the best tapas and they didn't disappoint. Octopus medallions, fingerling potatoes and shaved baby beets in a light onion vinaigrette. Yum.
